What this website is
The pages describe game-based training and upskilling for organisations, schools and education providers, and individual learners. They are general information. They are not legal advice, and using the site is not an offer you can accept just by browsing. The live courses are Using AI safely at work and Designing AI agents.
Pilots and organisations
If you ask for a walkthrough or a pilot, we reply by email. Nothing on this website obliges you, or us, to go ahead. A pilot, or any other work for an organisation or a school, starts only when we both agree by email. Who it is for, what is included and what it costs are part of that email, not of these terms.
Individual learners
You may read this website freely. Taking a course is separate from these terms and is arranged with us, not by clicking around the site. This website does not ask you to create an account. How a learner’s own progress is handled is described in the privacy notice.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, or copy the pages and present them as your own. The words, pictures and video on this site belong to SkillForge NZ unless a credit says otherwise.
Privacy
The privacy notice explains what this website measures and how to opt out. These terms do not change that notice.
If something goes wrong
The website is provided as information. We do not promise that it is free of mistakes, or that it will always be available. Where the law gives you a right that cannot be taken away, that right still stands. These terms are covered by New Zealand law.
Changes
We may update these terms by editing this page. The date at the top is when they last changed. A walkthrough, pilot or course you have already agreed by email keeps the terms of that email.
